Pillar Technology Services, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") provides SMS (text message) communications to opt-in subscribers. By consenting to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully before opting in.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Pillar Technology Services, you may receive the following types of messages:
You can expect to receive 2–5 SMS messages per month on average. The frequency may vary depending on the type of message:
You may receive additional messages if you have active support tickets or ongoing consulting engagements.
Standard text messaging rates and data charges may apply. The frequency, timing, and contents of our SMS messages may result in additional message or data charges imposed by your wireless service provider. Please contact your wireless service provider for details about your messaging plan and data rates, or review your wireless service agreement.
Pillar Technology Services is not responsible for any charges, fees, or overage costs incurred by your wireless carrier for receiving our SMS messages.
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Pillar Technology Services, you expressly agree to receive promotional, transactional, and service-related messages via SMS. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS communications.
To stop receiving SMS messages from Pillar Technology Services at any time, reply to any text message with STOP. You will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out. Once you opt out, we will not send you promotional or marketing SMS messages; however, you may still receive transactional messages related to your account or active services.
You will not be charged for opting out.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Our SMS messaging service operates in compliance with all applicable carrier regulations, including CTIA guidelines and anti-spam regulations. We take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of SMS communications.
Supported carriers: This service is available on all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers).

Message delivery is dependent on your wireless carrier and network coverage. We do not guarantee 100% delivery of all SMS messages.
Your opt-in consent remains in effect until you opt out by replying STOP to any message. We reserve the right to terminate SMS service to any user who violates this agreement or engages in abusive behavior.
Pillar Technology Services reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
