• From existing customer account records if you are already a Pillar client
• Through automated tracking of message delivery and engagement

Service Providers

• Inactive Accounts: If you are a Pillar customer but stop receiving SMS messages for 24 months, we may archive your SMS data as part of account retention
• Service Records: Transaction records and communications related to active support tickets or consulting engagements are retained per our business and legal requirements (typically 3–7 years)

When you request deletion of your data, we will remove your information from active SMS databases within 30 days, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Right to Opt Out

You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. We will confirm your opt-out and stop sending promotional messages within the next business day. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to your account.

Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To request your data, email us at privacy@pillarsvcs.tech with the subject line "SMS Data Request."

Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your phone number and associated data from our SMS platform within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Right to Correct

If your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Contact us with updated information and we will update your record promptly.

Do Not Track

We respect your privacy preferences. If you do not wish to receive promotional SMS messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We will honor your request and will not send you promotional content going forward.
